In this paper, Vanessa and Alex look at three problems regarding the way that molecular structure relates to quantum physics. They argue that all three problems are in fact special cases of the measurement problem. They show how standard solutions of the measurement problem can resolve the problems of molecular structure. These solutions shed light on the nature of molecular structure, as well as on chemistry’s relation to quantum mechanics.
